TICKETING FAQs

PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets may be purchased either online through Trybooking.com or from the Savoyards Booking Office.  All purchases paid by card attract a booking fee of 2.5%.

CONCESSION POLICY

The following concessions may be available and proof of eligibility must be presented to Savoyards staff upon request when showing tickets to enter a performance.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • JUNIOR TICKET may be available to patrons from Prep to year 12.  

  • SENIORS discounts apply only to holders of QLD Government Seniors cards.

  • PENSIONERS discounts apply to holders of Centrelink Pension Cards.

  • STUDENT discounts apply only to fulltime students studying in Australia with a valid student card.

Customers who hold a government issued Companion Card are eligible for one complimentary ticket for their companion when purchasing a ticket for themselves. This is only available through the Savoyards Booking Office directly via phone.

GROUP BOOKINGS

​Group bookings for 10 or more people can be made online, at the group booking price.

COLLECTION OF TICKETS

Tickets purchased online are emailed to you, and may be printed out or presented on your smart phone for admission to the performance.

POSTAGE OF TICKETS

Tickets purchased by phone may be posted, provided the booking is made no less than 14 days prior to the performance.  You can expect to receive your tickets within 3 to 10 working days.

SUITABILITY FOR CHILDREN

Savoyards makes no representations as to whether a particular production is suitable for children.  Please use resources freely available on the internet to inform your decision as to suitability for your child/children.

LATE ARRIVAL

Latecomers may not be admitted into the auditorium until there is a suitable break in the performance. This is at the discretion of Savoyards staff.

REFUNDS

In line with Live Performance Australia (LPA) Savoyards will only offer a refund or exchange if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled (and you cannot attend the rescheduled date.) The new date and the time period to opt out of transferring to a rescheduled performance will be provided and you must contact Savoyards Booking Office within the specified notice period if you are not able to attend the new date and require a refund.  Otherwise, no exchanges or refunds are possible.

LOST/STOLEN TICKETS

Please report lost or stolen tickets to the Savoyards Booking Office as soon as possible. Duplicate tickets will only be issued half an hour prior to the performance from the Box Office.

BUY TICKETS SAFELY

Tickets for Savoyards productions are only sold through Trybooking.com or the Savoyards Booking Office. We advise patrons to only buy tickets directly by these means.
